How it works

Step One

Schedule a consultation with one of our professionals.

Step Two

In the consultation, you will walk through your personal needs and values. We will provide a goal based therapy treatment plan, as well as a personalized schedule that works for you.

Step Three

In person therapy sessions, usually once a week depending on your schedule, that range between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
